At Asteron Life Limited, we understand that when misfortune strikes, you will need all the help we can provide you as your insurance company. To help us do this effectively, we need you to help us in gathering all the information we will require in order for us to assess your claim, quickly, fairly and compassionately.
Making a claim can be as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1 | You need to contact us on 1800 024 812 as soon as you think you have a claim so we can discuss it and determine the best way forward. |
2 | Once you have contacted us, a claims kit will be sent out to you. You need to gather the information we request in this kit as soon as possible. The claims requirements vary depending on the type of claim you have, however they can include death certificates (if applicable) and medical reports. |
3 | Upon receipt of all the requirements, we will keep in touch with you on the progress of your claim. It is also important for you to tell us of any changes to your circumstances during the claim process, so that we can provide advice or additional help to ensure you receive all the benefits you are entitled to. |
